Shipping

Advantech’s large inventory allows most of our products to ship quickly, usually within 24 hours of receiving the order. Products not in stock will generally ship within 3-5 business days (Monday thru Thursday, currently there are no shipments Friday thru Sunday). Specialty products including precision sieves may have longer lead times. 

For rush orders, select expedited shipping when checking out or call 800-321-6188 or email info@wstyler.com. We will make every effort to meet your deadline.

We provide shipping insurance on all orders based on the total U.S. dollar amount of the order.

Damaged boxes or products received should be refused at the time of delivery.

Standard Shipment For Parcels:

  • UPS Ground (insured)
  • Upon request, other collect shipment methods are:
    • Federal Express Collect * (pick-up fee may apply)
    • DHL Collect *
    • UPS Collect *

*Please specify 1) the service level desired for the carrier selected: (i.e. UPS Blue, UPS Saver, Fed Ex Expedited, DHL Same Day, etc.) and 2) the account number in the "Comments" text field when checking out. 

Standard Shipment For Large Or Heavy Orders Ship By Truck Freight:

  • Advantech selects the best qualified freight carrier for orders based on price, delivery and reliability.   

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

Products returned to Advantech will not be accepted without a prior Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee of the original selling price and must be received in new and unused condition. Products received damaged from improper packaging will void the credit. Products must be received in the original packaging, shipped prepaid by the buyer and insured for the full value. No C.O.D.’s will be accepted.
