Products returned to Advantech will not be accepted without a prior Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee of the original selling price and must be received in new and unused condition. Products received damaged from improper packaging will void the credit. Products must be received in the original packaging, shipped prepaid by the buyer and insured for the full value. No C.O.D.????s will be accepted.
